Golden Wonders Bath Ballistic

What a fun bath ballistic this was. I cannot tell you how much I want another one of these. However, as you'll find out, I've banned myself from buying anything non essential (bath bombs, bubble bars, bath melts) from Lush until I've completely used up my stash or it goes bad. Anyhow, check out the video and see what I thought.

From the second I saw golden wonders I knew I had to have one. The gift shape, including the little bow on top, is so adorable. When you shake it the color balls inside rattle. It's quite nostalgic. There isn't an overload of shimmer/glitter on the outside like there was with star light, star bright, and the smell is extremely pleasant.

Golden wonders is full of so many scents. I think the one I had the pleasure of smelling the most was the cognac oil. It wasn't quite what I expected but it was pleasing all the same. The smell, while strong in and out of the tub, didn't last on my skin. That was a little upsetting. I would have loved to come out of the bath smelling of some of the fruity oils also in the ballistic.

I discovered that if I turn the jets in the tub all the way down I can keep them on the entire bath and I was so glad that I could. The gold shimmer on the outside of the ballistic sat on top of the bubble the jets created. I had so much fun playing in the bubbles I almost felt like a child again. The minimal amount of gold shimmer on the outside of the ballistic did stick to the side of the tub. I had to scrub it off but it was so worth the fun it brought.

This ballistic is just full of nostalgia. Shaking presents under the tree before opening them. Playing with the bubbles in the tub instead of reading. I really enjoyed this ballistic and will absolutely have to pick more up next year.

Please Excuse The Mess

I'm trying to update my sidebar information and my header to correlate to the seasons but I'm having issues. Forgive the mess while I change things around a little.

So White Bath Bomb

I have to apologize. The video is a little choppy but that's due to the fact that I cut it down from over 10 minutes to just over 3. I didn't want to watch it fizzle out all the way and I figured neither did you. So, onto the video.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The second I smelled this I knew I was going to enjoy it. Normally when I'm trying a new bath bomb I only buy one. This one, not the case. I actually purchased 2.

THE SMELL
This has to be my favorite smelling bath bomb in the entire universe. It's outstanding. How much better can it get than feeling like you're bathing in fresh cut apples. The scent lingered on my skin for hours and I just didn't want it to go away. I wish Lush made candles. I would buy this scent until the cows came home.

THE FEEL
I don't even know why I put this section here. Most Lush products make me feel like I'm slipping into bed between fresh silk sheets. This one was no different.

LONGEVITY
My bathroom, and my skin, smelled like apples for hours. The bubbles, although very light lasted the entire bath. I turned on the jets and within minutes my tub was full of bubbles.

COST
So White - $6.45

FINAL THOUGHTS
I wish with all my heart that this was a permanent item. I would reserve all my money to buy this. It softened my skin, it made me smell amazing, and the subtle color in the center was a surprise. The smell was a dream come true. So white just moved to the top of my bath bomb list. I'm just so in love with it.
